Carbolite TF series tube furnace
1、 Product Introduction:
The multifunctional new TF tube furnace series of Cabolet Gallo combines high-quality heating elements and innovative insulation design, achieving first-class performance while maintaining reduced shell temperature and power consumption.
The TF series was designed with flexibility in mind. The use of plug-in work tubes and work tube adapters allows a single tube furnace to adapt to multiple diameters of work tubes, and the work tubes themselves can be easily replaced to meet different physical or chemical requirements of the process.
The optional work tube kit enables users to configure the TF series tube furnace for operation under vacuum or controlled atmosphere.
2、 Heat treatment technology:
1. High quality heating element
1) Excellent temperature uniformity
2) Rapid heating and cooling rates
3) The temperature uniformity throughout the entire heating length is unparalleled
2. High quality insulation performance
1) Low energy consumption
2) Low shell temperature
3) Long service life
3、 Temperature control and communication:
1. The TF tube furnace is equipped with Ethernet communication function and a 24 segment programmable controller:
1) Single zone temperature control tube furnace equipped with Cabolet Gallo EPC3016P1 controller
2) Three zone temperature controlled tube furnace equipped with Cabolet Gallo CC-T1 touch screen controller
2. Options:
1) Over temperature protection (to protect valuable samples or for unmanned operations); This option is standard on the 1600 ° C model
2) Provide a range of precision digital controllers, multi-stage programmers, and data loggers with digital communication options
4、 Controllable atmosphere and vacuum equipment:
Kabolette Gallo's tube furnace can be equipped with multiple options to adapt to controlled atmospheres and vacuum applications.
1. Options
1) A series of additional work tubes, end plugs, and complete work tube kits
2) Vacuum system, mechanical rotary vane pump or turbo molecular pump can be selected
3) The inert gas supply system can use up to 3 types of non reactive gases (which can be manually or automatically controlled)
4) Laboratory gas safety system, capable of safely using hydrogen gas above 750 ° C
5、 Installation configuration:
This series of tube furnaces has two standard installation configurations.
1. For heating lengths below 600 millimeters, the furnace body is installed on top of the control cabinet. The furnace body can be easily disassembled and separated
2. For heating lengths above 800 millimeters, the furnace body and control cabinet are always separated
Both configurations include a 2-meter cable (including plugs and sockets) located between the furnace body and the control cabinet. This flexible configuration can easily switch installation methods, such as being fixed on a vertical bracket, mounted on a support frame, or inside a fume hood.

7、 Attention:
1. The heating time measured using an empty quartz tube and end plug is the time required to be below the maximum temperature of 100 ° C
2. The heating rate when using ceramic working tubes must be limited to 5 ° C/minute
3. Maintaining power is measured at continuous operating temperature
4. The length of the temperature equalization zone is measured with a plug when it is 100 ° C below the maximum temperature
5. The maximum continuous operating temperature is 100 ° C lower than the maximum temperature
6. The 1100 ° C and 1200 ° C models are equipped with N-type thermocouples, while the 1600 ° C model is equipped with R-type thermocouples
7. * * Equipped with independent control cabinet
